My paintings are hand-painted using the highest quality watercolors on 100% cotton paper. Every painting is one of a kind, and painted with love and care. With attention to detail, I strive to capture not only a true likeness but also the character of your pet.

  • Your online purchase of a pet portrait is a 50% deposit of the total price. The remaining balance will be payable through a separate invoice.
  • I will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to confirm your purchase and discuss details.
  • Portraits come with a 1.5" mat.
  • Custom portrait sizes available upon request. 

Processing Times

The time between placing an order and previewing your portrait can range from a 2 weeks to a month. If you need something in a rush, please let me know and I am happy to try and accommodate.

Domestic

We ship everywhere in the US at this time. You will be able to track your packages through tracking found in your email post purchase. Please ensure that your order is being delivered to an address where you can safely acquire your package, as we cannot take responsibility for stolen packages. Although we do pack our artwork with care, we highly recommend opting into Route Shipping Protection to protect your order.

RETURNS

We print and hand make custom frames the size and color of your choice to order. Because of this, Jennifer and team are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. After 24 hours of ordering we are unable to make any changes or cancellations, as it is already in process. The Pet Portrait Process:

  • 1. Order and make a deposit.

    Purchase a Custom Pet Portrait with your 50% deposit. Please include an image of your pet I can use as reference and any additional notes.

  • 2. Approve your completed artwork.

    I will send you some photos of the portrait after it's completed. Please review and approve your pet portrait. 

  • 3. Make your final payment. 

    Once you approve your portrait, I will send an invoice for the remaining 50% balance. Your pet portrait will be shipped upon completion of your payment.

  • 4. Receive your artwork. 

    Your artwork will be carefully shipped with tracking information. Frame, hang, and enjoy!
