SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping :

All orders will be custom made within 7 business days of the order. Once shipped you should expect your order to arrive in 3 to 10 days*. Except for special circumstances, your order will be shipped via USPS or FedEx. You will be able to track your packages through tracking found in your email post purchase. Please ensure that your order is being delivered to an address where you can safely acquire your package, as we cannot take responsibility for stolen packages.

Returns & Cancellations :

Each print from Jennifer Lauren Studio is “made to order” meaning it is custom made for you when you have placed your order. We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. All sales are final.

When you place an order, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center. Our turnaround time is expedited to maximize efficiency and get the print on the road to you. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to change or cancel your order once you have placed it.


International :

International orders may be subject to extra shipping charges.

Damage Policy :

In the unfortunate event that a print or frame has been damaged on the way to you by our third party shipping partner, Jennifer Lauren Studio is unable to cover the claim. If you have elected shipping insurance at checkout, the dispute/claim must be handled with the respective parties.


Theft Policy :

Jennifer Lauren Studio does not cover instances of theft.

When the tracking number says the package has been delivered, it is assumed to be true. The cost of purchase cannot be refunded. We apologize for the unfortunate situation.
