All frames are custom made to order and will take less than 5 business days to ship out. You will be able to track your packages through tracking found in your email post purchase. Please ensure that your order is being delivered to an address where you can safely acquire your package, as we cannot take responsibility for stolen packages. We print and hand make custom frames the size and color of your choice to order. Because of this, Jennifer and team are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. After 24 hours of ordering we are unable to make any changes or cancellations, as it is already in process.
